Gun Affairs® operates a licensed workshop for the repair, servicing, testing, safekeeping and legal transfer of arms, backed by 154 years of family armoury expertise. Work is undertaken for licence holders under the Arms Act, against a valid arms licence and proper documentation, at our Road No. 2, Banjara Hills showroom in Hyderabad.
Repair & Servicing
Complete repair and overhaul of rifles, shotguns, revolvers, pistols and air weapons — trigger work, barrel cleaning, spring and pin replacement, refinishing and mechanical restoration by experienced gunsmiths.
Testing & Zeroing
Function testing, accuracy checks and sight zeroing so your weapon performs safely and predictably before it leaves our workshop.
Weapon Transfers
Assistance with legal transfer of firearms between licence holders, including documentation, endorsement guidance and dealer-to-licence-holder handover.
Safekeeping & Deposit
Licensed deposit and safekeeping of arms during travel, licence renewal or family transitions, with proper records maintained at all times.
Licence Documentation Support
Guidance on arms licence formalities, endorsements, renewals and record entries under the Arms Act and Arms Rules.
Conversion & Accessories Fitment
Approved conversions, scope and sight mounting, and fitment of accessories carried out within the limits permitted by law.
How the service works

Bring your weapon and licence
Visit our Banjara Hills showroom with the firearm and your valid arms licence, or call ahead for guidance.

Inspection and estimate
Our gunsmith inspects the weapon, explains what needs attention and shares a clear estimate and turnaround time.
- 03
Workshop service
Repair, servicing, testing or conversion is carried out at our Form VIII licensed workshop with proper record entry.
- 04
Handover with records
You collect the serviced weapon against documentation, with advice on care, storage and safe handling.
